Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Be in their original condition.
• Be free of perfume, detergent, smoke, deodorant, makeup, lotions, self-tanner, stains, pet hair, lint, or any other odors or signs of wear.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories received with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The item has been worn or washed.
• The item has any odor, including perfume, detergent, smoke, or body odor.
• The item has makeup, deodorant, lotion, self-tanner, or any other stains.
• The item contains pet hair or excessive lint.
• The item has been altered, stretched, damaged, or repaired.
• Original tags have been removed or tampered with.
• The item is not in its original condition.
• The item was purchased as a Final Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted item.
• The item is a gift card.

VAIA does not offer refunds to the original method of payment.
